100% Whole-Wheat Bread (for Bread Machine)

I made this for the first time the other day. For 100% whole wheat bread, it rose well. And it's quite tasty! This recipe is for a 2-pound loaf.

100% Whole-Wheat Bread

Ingredients:

-6 tablespoons combination of oat bran, wheat bran, and/or flaxseed
-1/2 c. milk
-5/8-3/4 c. water
-2 eggs
-2 tablespoons butter
-6 tablespoons honey
-2 teaspoons salt
-4 c. whole-wheat flour
-1/2 c. raw unsalted sunflower seeds
-2 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast or 2 teaspoons rapid-rise yeast

Procedure:

Use whole-wheat cycle of bread machine.

This sounds wonderful, I am writing this one down to try in my bread machine.......especially as my oven isn't working, lol! I love your blog, I found you when you left a comment on mine. ;) It is such a sweet blog, and I plan on reading it often. How wonderful for your upcoming birth. My husband and I have been praying for another one, but God says "not yet, at least". :)
